The Villa is located on St Joseph's Home campus and is a 44 unit Independent living Senior Apartment complex. Our spacious smoke free one bedroom apartments are available in 2 sizes. Our building offers a secure atmosphere where tenants can enjoy their independence and still have the comfort of knowing assistance is available when needed.

A daily check-in system assures each tenant is doing fine. A 24 hour emergency call system is also available should help be needed. The Main Lounge offers a variety of recreational programs along with a Large Screen TV and Satellite hookup. Each floor has a lounge for socializing, and a spacious dining room offers a lovely wooded view. Meal plans are available as an option and Daily Mass may be attended at St. Joseph's Home.
