General Information

Admissions

St. Joseph's Home and Rehabilitation Center considers admission of all persons on a nondiscriminatory basis. Potential residents are considered for admission and, if admitted will receive benefits and services without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, handicap or medical condition.

Potential residents must be assessed to determine their total care needs. The facility shall admit and retain only residents whose needs can be met through services from the facility staff or in cooperation with outside services. Potential residents having mental and /or physical disease which may endanger other residents may be admitted or retained only if adequate rooms and care are available to protect the other residents. The facility staff will determine whether or not a potential resident's total care needs, as assessed, can be met by the facility with its current resources.

The facility staff shall consult with the Administrator if a potential resident presents unusual needs to determine if provisions can be made to meet those needs and admit the potential resident. Each potential resident is considered on an individual basis with regard to their potential circumstances and the facility's ability to meet their needs. We look forward to serving your Senior and Rehabilitation care needs!
